Kargil Vijay Diwas run is a memorable run paying homepage to our martyred army soldiers who laid down their lives sacrificing for our country during the Kargil War.
The run started from Airoli Naka on 24 July 2022 with 12 amazing runners who ran from Airoli Naka to National War Memorial, Pune, a distance of around 145 km in three days scheduled to pay homage to all our brave heart soldiers who gave up their precious lives for the safety of ordinary citizens like us.
This run carried many small emotional and touching gestures by these 12 runners which includes 2 women runners; Ms Reshma Shetty & Ms Rajashree Mallaya.
The runners culminated their three-day run of total 145 km on 26 July 2022 at The War Memorial, Pune wherein all the runners laid the wreath as a mark of respect and gratitude.
This run was a great and memorable for each and every runner as the way of receiving the runners after the run, the way of felicitation of each runner, and the way of hospitality by the Army Paralympic Node, Pune was very remarkable and will be cherished by each runner for their lifetime.
Team Fab is the first trust from civil society to get associated with Army Authorities.
Team Fab Foundation has donated 4 A/C’s to Army Paralympic Node, Pune to help various para-athletes who will be participating in the 2024 Para Olympics.
Displaying resilience, grit, and patriotism of the highest order, these soldiers, in their 2nd innings, have brought laurels to the Indian Army and to the country.
At Team FAB, we are planning to support them in many more ways by providing better infra in nearby future.
